More time meditation

Time is so interesting isn’t it?

We all experience it…

We often complain about it 😅

Like there’s never enough or something is taking too long

Yet at the same time we don’t really understand time

We all know there are 24 hours in a day

Yet some people seem to use that time in such smarter ways than us

But the biggest question how much time we really have? 🤔

Well that no one knows!

And that’s such a scary question most of us don’t even like to think about it

Better spend our time doing something else 🙈

Now I’m not gonna attempt to solve the mystery of time in this short blog 😂

But I do want to give you a tool for creating more time

See I so often feel like I don’t have enough time

In extreme cases I really find my mind racing almost unstoppable

I have so many things to do and I feel overwhelmed 🤯

Which only adds to the problem as feeling stressed rarely leads to more productive creative output

So here is my mediation for you 😍

This is the meditation I use in these moments to get out of my own head and to re-centre back in to what’s really important.

Meditation for more time

Sit on a chair with your legs flat on the ground

Or cross legged on the floor

Sit up straight

Now take a deep breath in through your nose

From the base of your spine

Fill up your stomach

All the way up into your chest and head

And then let a big breath out through your mouth

As you breathe out allow your body to relax

Feel all the weight and stress fall off you

Repeat this another 2 times

Now we’ll start breathing in through the nose for 15 seconds

Holding the breath for 15 seconds

And breathing out for 15

(If you can’t do 15 simply reduce to time that works for you and gradually build up)

Allow yourself to connect to your body

As your breathing take note on how you feel

This is the cycle of breathing and the cycle of life

Feel your heart beating

Centre in to that heart beat

This is the only time that matters

As long as your heart beats you live

Be grateful for every beat that it takes

For every moment you get to live this beautiful life

You get to create and be all you want

What is it you’re about at your core?

What is it you truly want to do with this time you have?

Listen in to the answer

Let yourself feel all it is you want to be and do

Fill up with these beautiful emotions

Then ask yourself

What is it I want to do right now?

Today how do I want to use my time?

What is most important?

Listen in for the answers

Trust that the answers are within you

No one outside can give them to you

This is your life

This is your time

Have faith in yourself

If the answer doesn’t come to you right away trust that it will at the exact right time you need it

Centre back in to your heart

Feel all it is you want to be

Feel all the love

Feel all the joy

Feel all you want to create

Smile as you take your last few deep breaths

Extending through your stomach

And releasing through your mouth

As you wiggle your hands and feet

To wake yourself back up

Trust that whatever it you do today

It comes from your heart

And is exactly as it needs to be

Then when you’re ready open your eyes
